Who are the school council? And What do they do?
It has been brought to our attention that you as pupils are not fully aware of what the council does, aims to achieve and has achieved, therefore we have introduced this newsletter to inform you of exactly what is going on in the school and how we, as a group, are improving school life. After all, the student council is meant to be representing every pupil as best as we can, so we feel that it is only fair for you to have your say and voice your opinions as much and as often as possible, with the sole aim of interpreting your ideas into reality. In case you didn’t know the school council meets once every few weeks and they discuss the state of the school, general happiness of students and how, most of all, we can make our school a better, much more relaxed and increasingly bearable place to attend. So in future, if you have a query, no matter how big or how small, do not hesitate to speak to a member of the student council (photographs on the left), because we are more than happy to listen to your thoughts and ideas. It is our job to listen to you!
